Our AI-enabled, real-time monitoring solution.
Receive alerts on the risks that matter most to your organisation. Our Monitor solution is integrated with AI to collect and categorise data relevant to your needs in real-time. Our experts then verify their importance and relevance to your requirements before sending out a bespoke alert.
We keep of track of four key information streams to notify clients of any material changes:
Our workflow includes both automated and human elements to ensure that any alerts which are passed to clients are timely and relevant.
Step 1) Data collection and categorisation: Monitor collects data in real time to identify relevant news and risk events, using natural language processing to highlight salient information amongst the millions of articles and data processed daily.
Step 2) Analyst review: any events which are flagged by our systems are reviewed by our multi-lingual analyst team to check they are accurate and relevant to the client in question.
Step 3) Context and analysis: our analysts are all regional specialists and they use that expertise to add context to any alert before passing their analysis onto the client.
Through our ongoing monitoring of applicants to our client's citizenship by investment programme, we were able to alert our client to news that international authorities had launched an investigation into an applicant for fraud and money laundering. Our client was promptly updated with reports of the individual being declared a fugitive economic offender by Interpol, asset seizures by authorities, and the creditors voting to liquidate the applicant's companies. We helped our client maintain the integrity of their programme and avoid reputational harm.
A UK-based think tank asked us to monitor remote gambling operators and update on major business developments, expansions into new jurisdictions, regulatory fines or penalties, and adverse media. The team alerted on operator expansions into new markets, the appointment of ExCo members, and the listing of an operator web domain on a National Betting Authority’s list of banned sites. Our work supported the client in developing insights into gambling behaviours, researching industry guidelines, and publishing their findings.
A large multinational food and beverages company required ongoing monitoring of sustainability legislation, regulations and policies, macroeconomic trends and wider industry developments in key jurisdictions. Our team provided regular updates on the introduction of new legislation in key markets affecting their business operations. As a result, the client was able to cut through the noise of the myriad and dynamic issues facing their operating environment globally, leading to better informed decision-making.
