Tom joined S-RM as Head of Restoration and Recovery in 2024. He leads the continued development of S-RM’s restoration service line across the firm’s global footprint, in the UK, US, Europe and Asia. Prior to S-RM, he spent 11 years working for Commercial, an IT Managed Service Provider, in a variety of roles across hands-on technical support, delivery, and management, with the last seven years being in Operational Management and Director roles.
