Quinton Scribner is a senior analyst based in S-RM’s London Delivery Team and a specialist in the Russia/Eurasia region. Before joining S-RM, Quinton was an analyst at a political risk consultancy focused on Central Asia where he wrote frequently on Kazakhstan’s banking and energy sectors. With more than four years living in the region – most notably in Russia and Kyrgyzstan – Quinton developed a strong familiarity with the business and political environments of the region. Before joining the private sector, Quinton spent five years working in education, initially as an English teacher in France and later in Tyumen, Russia on the US government’s Fulbright Programme. Quinton later transitioned into an international education role at Bard College in New York, where he coordinated study abroad programmes to St. Petersburg, Russia and Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. Quinton is fluent in Russian and French.
