Our Corporate Intelligence business has a comprehensive programme of core training and ongoing professional development to support you throughout your career. It all starts with the introductory training that helps you understand the industry, our services and clients, and how our operations work.
Technical training helps you better identify, collect and analyse intelligence with client priorities in mind. You will be supported in building competencies in presenting your analysis in written, visual and verbal form. We’ll help you manage client needs and stakeholder expectations, and – as you progress – manage teams, time and resources. Resources will help you develop deep subject matter expertise and advanced capabilities to support complex client problems.
Our Cyber Security business offers a range of support to help you develop and consolidate the technical skills, competencies, and specialist knowledge that will support your career in the industry. Our training syllabus includes evidence handling, forensic preservation, forensic analysis, containment, threat intelligence, eDiscovery, malware and networking, in addition to the basics. Although S-RM's cyber security practitioners are not required to hold specific professional qualifications, wherever possible, we support colleagues in achieving accreditation that will help the business and their careers grow.
Colleagues who work in group functions benefit from a more bespoke, externally-facilitated approach due to the wide variety of very specific skills and development needs.
Everyone at S-RM also keeps their knowledge of issues that are important for the security and success of the business up to date with compulsory training in areas such as data protection and privacy, material non-public information, anti-bribery and corruption, and information security.
Amplify is our bespoke in-house learning management system, developed by and for S-RM. Amplify ensures that teams and individuals can access the training and resources they need, wherever they are in the world, and at times that suit them.
