Business Intelligence

S-RM’s Business Intelligence team investigates companies and individuals on behalf of clients worldwide. Our intelligence feeds into due diligence for major transactions, customer and supplier on-boarding, internal investigations, and litigation.

We work with clients throughout their organisation, from executives and board members through to compliance professionals, investment teams, and legal counsel. Our work is founded on the knowledge, experience and contacts of our regional teams combined with leading data analytics, reporting products, and technology.

Services & Products

Clients require standard products to meet day-to-day needs as well as bespoke reporting for one-off situations. We offer competitive entry level reports and different levels of reporting over a range of report products. Our flexible approach means that the scope, timing and cost of our services are always proportionate and transparent.

We help clients comply with regulations and protect their reputations with a range of compliance-focused due diligence products.

To protect their reputations and comply with regulations, organisations must stay informed about the businesses and people connected to them. S-RM Monitor gives organisations ongoing intelligence support that helps them respond quickly and effectively to events as they arise.

Pre transactional Due Diligence

We undertake due diligence to support a range of strategic-level corporate and financial activities, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures (JVs), investments, initial public offerings (IPOs), and other major financings.

Our work involves a consultative, iterative project methodology based on regular briefings and discussions with clients to explain findings and map out next steps. We focus on providing critical insights into counterparties, investment targets, and prospective partners.

Dispute & litigation Support

Our team assists clients involved in litigation, disputes and internal investigations.

We provide investigative support, often in parallel with legal proceedings,
to locate, identify and assess critical information outside of clients’ records and disclosure. We regularly undertake asset tracing engagements for our clients in contemplation of litigation or at the enforcement stage.
